Complementary Lessons

Judo is a wonderful sport and martial-art that help develops good health and well-being.

Many people take up Judo for a variety of reasons from staying fit to learning how to protect one-self to developing more control over your mind and body.

If you want to see if Judo is for you, why not come join us for two weeks to tryout the waters? There is no charge for the first four lessons.

We practice every Monday and Wednesday from 18h30 to 20h00 at the Kempton Park Indoor Sports Center by Barnard Stadium.
